While not really a Phil Gould solo project, 'United States Of Mind' does credit Phil as a writer, producer and performer on two songs. Talbot/White is a collaboration by Mick Talbot and Steve White, both of whom were members of "The Style Council", with Paul Weller. Other Level 42 connections are made by Annie McCaig, who sings on 'Favoured Nations', as well as Danny Bloom who plays guitar on several tunes. Danny played on the 'Forever Now' album. Camelle Hinds appears on 4 tunes, and is best remembered as the bassist for Central Line, another British Jazz-Funk group.
